Firefox 3 Download Day!

Firefox is from years the eternal rival of Internet Explorer, Microsoft's browser. Today however we will assist to a firefox memorial win. This Tuesday June 17 th 2008, the third version of Firefox will be released, the more attended.

It is not only the day of Firefox 3 launch but it is also the Download Day. Today, in fact, Mozilla wants to enter in the Guinness Records with the "Computer software more downloaded in 24 hours." Mozilla has arranged this Download Day hoping to reach 5 million of Downloads, but just a million would allow Firefox to enter the Guinness. At the moment 1,624306 joined the project.

To succeed in this record, today we must all download a version of Firefox 3, from the official site, and install it on our PC. Firefox 3 as said before, is the Browser more attended from Mozilla, and with this new version so many new functions also arrive. The most important is surely the new engine called "Gecko", you can find all Gecko feature on this site, also a new function that will allow to save pages as PDF files has been introduced. The navigation has been made softer thanks to the elimination of the sent back message that appear when you turn back after a compiled and sent form.

So many people are wondering because they should download Firefox 3 if they already use Internet Explorer... Well, it's simple!
