How much worth private data stolen from internet? Here is an unbelievable listing of charges!

personal informations listingOur personal informations have clearly no price. But everything has a price and everything has a Market... Also the data (even stolen) of your bank account. McAfee Avert Labs has discovered a list, published on the web, used by criminals for purchase and sell credit card numbers, accounts passwords and other stolen data.

A discovery made by accident, when researchers landed on a site that was proposing, at very expensive prices, "high quality data". And let's see, then, this tariff. A Washington Mutual Bank account, in the United States, with a 14.400$ balance costs around 600e, while an English Citibank account with a 10.000£ balance costs 850e.

Let's go on with the examples: codes for logging in a Bnp Paribas account (french) are the most expensive: over 30.000e cash for "only" 2.200e! Inside that database were present spanish and brasilian banks. Obviously, as in a common purchase, they were also giving guarantees: if the buyer would not be able to get inside the proper bank account with the furnished codes, he were allowed to ask for an other password (always stolen...) for another account, within 24 hours.

Only few days ago an enormous server that contained more than 1,4 Gigabytes of illegal data and more than 5000 stolen "log files" were caught: among these files, private and professional emails, bank accounts and private medical assistance informations, financial institutions and important companies reserved data.
